Our boats depart from Sanctuary Cove Marina Pier E, The Promenade, in Hope Island.
You can pay when we confirm your booking, or you can pay the skipper when you board. We accept both cash and card as payment methods.
Our vessels are licenced to carry up to 10 passengers, but we do have restrictions on total cargo weight, which includes passengers, luggage, and other supplies.
The maximum safe capacity for our vessels is normally five adults for parties travelling with a standard amount of luggage.
If you think the number of people in your party or the weight of your luggage could exceed our maximum capacity, please get in touch with us. We’ll work with you to discuss your needs and find the best solution.
Yes, you will need to book to secure a Cove Water charter vessel. We’re especially busy over holiday periods and weekends, so we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
We recommend unloading your luggage and supplies near the vessel on Marina Pier E. In order to have secure parking for the duration of your trip, park in the main secure car park next to the Village IGA. See below for a full list of parking locations.

Yes, our vessels are pet-friendly, although we do have safety requirements we need to comply with. As long as your pet isn’t aggressive, excessively loud, or posing a risk to other passengers or the operation of the vessel, we’d love to take your furry family members from cove to cove.
