Couran Cove and Couran Point
Our water taxis go directly from Sanctuary Cove to Couran Cove and Couran Point, saving you a ferry trip from Main Beach. To make your journey as smooth as possible, we take the north arm of the Coomera River until we reach the Broadwater. You’ll arrive at Couran Cove approximately 20 minutes after departure.
Travel Times: Our vessels operate during daylight hours. If you need transport outside those hours, get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our water taxis go directly to Tipplers from Sanctuary Cove, taking the northern arm of the Coomera River until we reach the Broadwater. You’ll arrive at Tipplers approximately 35 minutes after departure.

Coomera Waters is one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive suburbs – and we make getting there quicker and easier than ever.
Our water taxis go directly from Pier E to a number of different Coomera Waters locations, including the Coomera Waters marina. You’ll arrive at your destination approximately 10–15 minutes after departure.

Need a transfer from Sanctuary Cove or Coomera Waters to the Gold Coast City Marina or Boat Works? You’ll arrive approximately 25 minutes after departure.
Boarding and Disembarking
We love helping people see a different side of the Gold Coast – but, wherever we take you, your safety is always our top priority.
If you’d like us to pick you up or drop you off at a private jetty or pontoon, we need the place of debarkation to be clear of vessels and safe to dock. We won’t drop you off at boat ramps that don’t have jetty or pontoon facilities.
We’re more than happy to do beach transfers though – as long as the conditions are safe, you can disembark through the forward hatch and boarding ladder at the front of your vessel.
Our goal is to get you to where you need to be so if you have a specific pick-up or drop-off destination in mind, get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Our Vessels
Private Water Taxi

Fast Runabout
A fast, well-maintained 5.9-metre runabout with 200-horsepower four-stroke outboard engines.
The vessel is spacious with comfortable upholstered seating and full waterproof covers. The maximum seating capacity is 10 people, but restrictions on passenger and luggage weight and size apply.
Pontoon Boat
A spacious, comfortable 5.9-metre pontoon boat with full waterproof covers.
The maximum seating capacity is 10 people, but restrictions on passengers and luggage weight and size apply.
Our pontoon boats can also carry longer and wider items such as bikes, tents, eskies, conduits, carpet, and trade equipment.

Our vessels are licenced to carry up to 10 passengers, but we do have restrictions on total cargo weight, which includes passengers, luggage, and other supplies.
The maximum safe capacity for our vessels is normally five adults for parties travelling with a standard amount of luggage.
If you think the number of people in your party or the weight of your luggage could exceed our maximum capacity, please get in touch with us. We’ll work with you to discuss your needs and find the best solution.
Yes, you will need to book to secure a Cove Water charter vessel. We’re especially busy over holiday periods and weekends, so we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
You unload your luggage and supplies near the vessel on Marina Pier E. Parking for the duration of your trip, you will need to park in the main secure car parks next to the Village IGA. See below for a full list of car parking locations.
